hello!
i was attempting to sleep on the bus just now and the image of ZH, QL, SH and WK eating in the toilet kept popping into my head. it was disturbing, and actually, sortof funny too. lol.
anyways, just wanna say that im sorry for being pissed and ended up forcing you guys to eat inside the toilet.. x/ (but nice experience, ya?)
DONT DO IT (buying food during class) AGAIN ok?

we have shortened the list:
1. Peperoni Pizzeria: its cozy and nice and the food is REAL good too. But if we book the bar (a long table to sit about 20+ of us; with fooseball and some other games nearby), we must have a min expense of $1000. so yah, its out.
2. de coders cafe: reviews from friends say that its a good place, but with our budget, we wont be able to have main course, only tidbits and appetizers (sandwiches, chicken wings, etc) and free flow of drinks.
3. Pines cafe @ Ngee Ann Alumni clubhouse: theres jap/western/chinese food at affordable prices. the lady says they will set aside one area of the restaurant for us. dont know how it looks like though. Pictures found online showed the clubhouse(which is not bad) but not of the restaurant.
4. mad jack cafe: we will be restricted to chicken dish (grilled chicken with black pepper/cream sauce served with chips and apple peach salad)/ burgers (blue mountain chicken, Turkey bacon beef, MAD cow)/ 9" sausages and chips/ chicken nuggets and chips/ spaghetti with chicken bolognaise sauce.. yah.. plus a soft drink. the guy in charge is working out a discount (if possible) and will get back asap..

How's everyone today?? really tired i guess?
haha i am actually in school now... wil be having the Talentime Vocal Training later...i felt lazy to take public transport to scool so i woke up at 0530 in order to longbang my dad's car. smart rite XD
really really sleepy now =S
nevertheless i shall continue to blog about what happened during orientation, probably in brief cos i think i cant tahan for too long. =P
Day 3 of CT Orientation (Wed)
-lectures in the morning... the same usual introduction to the subjects basically...not much to talk about... just that we need to read the tutorial notes before nxt lesson. =)
-Senior-Meet-Junior! This was kinda my highlight of the day, especially with the tangyuan, lol, though i would have like it even more if there were black sesame or red bean flavour. X) 08A12 is so cute~ and they seem to be having a really really really great time as a class!! i hope we can be like them as well. haha, we wil definitely be! ;)
-CT Games: omg la, i had so much fun, especially at the bukit timah food centre and the skipping rope thingy!! "Just jump, and you definitely can pass one!" lol. and must thank boon yang for allowing the fun to happen..hahahaha, you know what i mean =D
Day 4 of CT Orientation (Thurs)
-War Games!!! X) A-A-A-ARES! WOOHOO!! OUR FAC WON THE WAR GAMES!!! i am are so proud of us! Seniors are so proud of us!! XD (hahaha, i say that myself one. lol. but it should be true rite??? hahahaha!)
the game was violent... even i turned violent and groped a lot of ppl then lor. =P to those who got injured, so sorry abt it... do rest well and get well soon! 几天之后还是一条好汉!
-Rehearsal time/NYSL investiture: I dunno what you guys did,but apparently you are so zai when you have learnt the songs after yann rong and i joined in! and i dunno why you made 因为我相信the song that you know the least amongst the three your favorite song... X) must be zhihao's '奇迹eee'! hahaha! Anyway 辛苦大家了
-Brownie~ our beloved seniors bought a delicious brownie for us! woohoo!! FOOD is such a good medium in bonding! THANK YOU VERY MUCH SENIORS! XD
-WELCO intro and Sodache: now we know more about it, must make good use of it! hahaha, remember end of Feb they will be selling used GCs at $70 (i think...) in perfecty working conditions, those who haven't purchased yours and wanna save money, do keep on a lookout for the sale!
and if you are wondering why i was crying then, it's nothing really serious la...just that i missed nanyang a lot. When i went back to NY for the investiture, the Councillors and every thing there reminded of the days i had in NY... then suddenly felt at loss that i am no longer in that particular school which i had the best times in my life ever... and some more the sodache go and sing emo songs... lol... so i cried lor... a bit lao kui that i can't control it when i cry... haha, but thank you all who came to give me a hug and asked if i was ok. =)
I know Hwa Chong will be another great place which after i graduate and return, i will burst into tears yet another time bcos i miss HC. >-<
Day 5 of CT Orientation (Fri)
-Performance: Nth more to say abt the flag, it totally rocks! XD
and preparation was fun...though i felt lousy during the coordinating... so sorry! and thank you for being so contibutive and cooperative and encouraging...if not i would screw up even more. =P
Anyway, you touched me! (eek, sounds wrong...lol!) when yall practised the songs and tried to remember the lyrics... =') THANK YOU A12!!
-Campfire! i really really love it! though ARES's flame was almost invisible but i know ARES is INVINCIBLE! XD We ran around and around the central plaza, cheered, sang and danced! hahaha, some of our seniors from 08A12 joined us you know!! X) they are sooooo cute! hahaha! One of the best campfires i have ever had!
-Friendship Day-cum-Valentine's Day Eve
I LOVE OUR CLASS!! X) Thank you guys for preparing presents for the class! Cookies, chocolates, ice cream! (omg, they make ppl fat...but they can make ppl happy too!) The girls prepared chocs also...but it's not our turn yet right, feli? ;D Look out for your presents guys!hoho!
We bought cakes for our seniors and CTLs! haha...and flowers for the CTLs plus Rachel (Ares Deputy Fac Head)...
ok at this point i would like to sincerely apologise to Rachel, Aran and John... due to our incompetence to find you in time to pass the flowers to you and inability to protect the flowers... during campfire session, amidst the fun and chaos, your flowers got stepped on and john's flower stalk broke into half... i am really really sorry for that. hope you would see the love from our class beyond the debris. XP
Orientation has come to an end...
We no longer spend half the time in school sodacheing.
The Councillors no longer spend all their time in school entertaining this bunch of 1000++ kids.
The Fac Comm no longer miss their lessons to babysit us.
The school is no longer bustling with 'OG!' or 'ARES!/APOLLO!/ARTEMIS!/ATHENA!' every other minute.
The first of our best times together has ended...but the memories of it shall always remain on our minds, close to our hearts and...within our conversations! lol!
